Before or After the time skip??
Shikamaru has this tactical ability that can get him through any tough battles but that Sasuke has the Sharingan and some other Katon jutsu's.

If Sasuke took on his level 2 cursed seal, then Shikamaru is as good as dead...
Brains won't win if Sasuke went into his level 2 form...

No I disagree I dont think sasuke would think he needed to use the curse seal against Shikamaru and I think because of this Shikamaru has a pretty good chance in winning but thats just what I think but hey I wrong alot of the time so...
