Teleportation is a type of movement/technique where the the time that passes while moving from one point to another is absolute zero.

Super speed and teleportation are two different things you know.

there is no exact definition for teleportation......well at least wiki doesn't have one

Goku always comes back stronger.Even if superman won goku would just come back stronger.for those of you that believe superman would win read my first reply here
