Seras you'll make a great mod, when I first joined I thought you were a mod. I really thing you’re going to get it, that’s words from the heart. Its nicely wirtten out, and mostly the complete honesty. I know you are a good person and you try hard. But I don't see you being a very good moderator.

There's a lot to being a moderator. It takes deep motivation and devotion. Sometimes a moderator can't always fix things. Sometimes a moderator can't always pick out the rotten egg of the dozen. And that doesn't make anyone any less of a good person, but a moderator has to be able to deal with making mistakes. We loose some and we win some.

What makes a moderator, is not doing every thing perfectly or completely by the books. Its doing what is best for everyone in the long run, and making AA a place where everyone can talk and enjoy company of others.

I think you have a tough time with misjudging peoples actions. You think too quick to see the whole picture. It's not a bad thing, but it can get in the way of doing the job at hand. I think, if you work at how you judge other's actions and balance out "Integrity" and "Power" then you have a pretty good chance.

Also, you mentioned your age. While that's nice, age doesn't always come with maturity. But I can see that you are very mature. More mature then most I have seen here at AA. And I want to mention, I like that you gave the opportunity for people to see your flaws and mistakse. Becasue, moderator or not, we've all spammed here and there and posted off topic here and there.

So as of now my opinion is mutual: I believe you would have a very hard time at moderating. But also, I believe with some practice you will learn how to use your downfalls to your advantage.

Thanks Mai, I appreciate your opinion.
-I know Mods can't fix everything because not everything can be fixed no matter how much we want it to be.
-Sometimes trust comes in handy, if you respect and trust people then who knows they'll suprise you.
-In the long run some people tell other AA users that they've been banned and then fights may happen.
-There is more then one way an action can come out. You can see one picture but it may turn out to be a completly different picture in the long run.
-I could care less for the power I just want to do something to help out AA which is basiclly the same thing you want to do, I think.
-Well it did say you have to be over 13, so I put my age and I'm pretty sure you haven't critized it in any other mod application [i.e. Panda(Delancy)]
-Everyone has flaws and if it weren't for the fact that the webmaster said to put posistive things in our application I probly would have put some negitive things, but he wanted posistive though I'd be glad to send anyone a private message of some negitives.
-And also Mai what happened in the chat, might be part of the reason to your mutual opinion, because besides that you've never really seen me in the chat. But do not take anything I said above into offense I'm just taking what you wrote and putting my opinion in as well ^_^
