hi, i watch this anime on public televiosion when i was a kid in the 90s. i live in philadelphia, usa.
the male charactor have a eye that spins around when he have eye contract with human aliens and when he was riding a motorcycle, he rode it off the river and it became a hovercycle. also i remember he fell in love with this alien girl too. can any one tell me the name.
