ummm...i believe they are all girls but since hiei is part koorime and part fire demon then i guess he broke the rules

Yeah there all girls. Hiei was an exeption because his mother... well you know. Because Koorime's are asexual(meaning they can have babys without doing it) Plus they didnt let koorime's get married or have males baby's or do it.so Hiei had to suffer a lot.

I understand that but then what is Touya? I have been wondering this ever since I found that Koorimes are all girls.(cept Hiei) And so I'm like soooo totally lost here.

Touya is an ice demon. They're are several different demons out there and some of them are from the Ice World or something like that. Koorime is one race of those demons and touya probably comes from another.
