My Hime? Mai Hime? Wtf? Is there any difference?

I just bought 'My Hime' Volume 1. Then I see 'Mai Hime' on the internet. I have a look at it seems just the same. Is it?

The true title I think is "My-Hime".
It's just the main characters name is Mai Tokiha, and thus the title Mai-hime.

The English title is "My HiME", though "Mai HiME" works too. I prefer Mai, personally. It's the source of several cute puns that actually tie into the plot rather nicely.

My-HiME is the English title and Mai-HiME is the Japanese title.
