Are the "New Adventures of Gigantor" on DVD?

I remember seeing a cartoon when I was young and I remember it as Iron Man #28. I have been looking it up and I understand it is also called the New Adventures of Gigantor that was released in the 80's. From what I read it is 51 episodes, but I can't seem to see if it is available on DVD or not. I see other Gigantor DVD's (where he looks fatter), but not the slimmer black robot with the #28 on his arms. I am not really looking for the older series, just the one released on the 80's. Also might be called Tetsujin 28, but not sure if that also includes the older Gigantor as well (pre 1980's).Anyone know if this is available on DVD? Thanks. I might be wrong on the title. The "New Adventures" might be something from the 90's. I recall seeing the cartoon in the late 80's.
