Definitly Inuyashas' mom, I mean, without her, Inuyasha wouldn't exist (Oh The horror!), besides, she was kind and sweet and she had the most interesting story.

Though Abi comes has #2 to me, loved her too.

I say Abi. She might not have lasted very long, but she was cool. Plus, if a character's a vampire, chances are they're going to be one of my favorites. :mrgreen:
