So, I used to watch this anime a LONG time ago... I think it was a two-parter... anyway. This kid shows up in Tokyo (I think it had been destroyed... AGAIN) looking for his sister. SHe was working at a bar but was kidnapped, and he meets this shemale who offers to help him out. Well, it turns out he's this reincarnated hero from a long time ago, and he, the shemale, a priest and a nun along with a guy from the Tokyo PD storm the castle of the bad guy who is going to sacrifice his little sister to some God.
I lost the tape forever ago but it was one of my absolute favorites! Can anyone help me with the name of it? I want to say its 'Something City' or 'City of Something'...
Thanks!

Need help with title!
Re: Need help with title!
Hmmm. There are a few titles that almost match with what you've described, although the story differs from what you have given.
There's
Wicked City
For centuries, the demonic Black World has remained unknown to most of humanity. However, for just as long, a pact has remained between the two worlds, creating a peaceful coexistence. But new terms are negotiated every 100 years.
However, a militant group known as "The Radicals" aim to prevent a signing of the latest treaty. Taki Renzaburo and Makie are two agents of the Black Guard, agents assigned to protect the balance between Earth and the Black World. They are partnered together on a case to protect Giuseppi Mayart, a 200-year old man who will play a vital role at the treaty signing. But the Radicals will stop at nothing to kill Giuseppi and upset the balance between Earth and the Black World. In this dark supernatural thriller, nothing is as it seems.
Demon City Shijuku
Demon City Shinjuku is about this guy (Kyouya) who's father (Genichiro) was killed when trying to defeat Levi Rah. Levi Rah was once his rival, but he sold his soul to the devil for power. Hmm... fighting game junkies, you know this guy sure sounds like Akuma. As part of the deal, ol' Levi has to turn the Shinjuku district of Tokyo into the capital of evil monsters and demons to kill without purpose. Levi Rah and Kyouya, as well as Kyouya's father, are masters of the skill of Nempo, which is incredibly powerful.
Kyouya doesn't even try to save the world until after the peace ambassador was kidnapped, and even then it was after the ambassador's daughter got into some trouble in Shinjuku. Hmm... sound like Gundam Wing to you? Just slightly.
Kyouya doesn't have a too good understanding of Nempo, so it really isn't good for him that he has to train while in a city full of monsters out to take his life, and mystic traps. At least he finds some help while he's there. Too bad some of the help tries to kill him and dies. Oh well. Who will win? The answer may never surprise you.
Doomed Megalopolis
Mystic Kato has an obsession with conquering Tokyo, which awakens the fierce guardian of the city, Masakato. Kato devises an evil plan in which he uses an ordinary person as a tool to produce a spawn capable of taking on Masakato, but things go horribly wrong and chaotic when vigilantes step in and more spells are cast.
Note: This is a relatively violent, gorey anime and not recommended for kids.
If the anime you saw wasn't a gory or hentai series then it's likely it was Demon City Shinjuku. And that's the only one of those 3 that I've seen.
