Character Description: Batou
Bateau works in Section 9 with Major Kusanagi. Like most members of Section 9, he has been fitted with cybernetic enhancements, namely enhanced optic sensors, cybernetic arms, and other, unmentined enhancements. Bateau talks a lot with Kusanagi, and he was with her when the Puppet Master left a message in the Major's voice system.
Bataeu keeps a few secrets in case of emergencies, such as heavy weaponry and a safe house. As he'll find out, he'll need them.
