Character Description: Togusa
Togusa is a husband and father who is the only non cyborg of Kusanagi's group and most of Section 9. With the only a minor implant to allow communication with the rest of the group being his only links to cybernetics, he is the only one in the group with a true flesh body.
Before becoming part of Section 9 he was a policeman. Kusanagi picked Togusa to become part of her group to make it more simple then the over specialized world that they now lived in. Togusa is the more charming of the group and also the "rookie" being that he has yet to see most of the things that the others have.
Togusa is highly dedicated to his work and also looks out for his fellow Section 9 members, if he's with a group member and their in trouble he'll jump right in to help.
