Tachiji is a member of Noshiga's gang and the first kid to be captured. He is captured by the Kimo-Tori (Liver-Taker) demon right around the beginning of the movie. Noshiga was the one who shoved Tachiji in the path of the demon to save himself.
Tachiji is the one with a blond afro looking hair style and wearing glasses over his fox mask. He is the one Noshiga pushes around the most.

Well you can also notice that Tachiji is the most corageous, beacuse when he and the gang where being chased Tachiji stopped to wait for Noshiga. And then Noshiga pushed him and etc....etc....
