The aliens are trash-dumping beings from outer space who are simply looking for fun. They were hired by Nightmare Enterprises to use Dreamland as a junkyard by dumping trash all over the place in return to King Dedede for not paying much bills. However, Dedede had had it with all that trash, so he downloaded Fire Lion to burn it all up.

After Kirby defeated Fire Lion, the aliens came back and apologized for what they did, and they left to go home, but not before using a broom and a dustpan to clear Dreamland of all the trash that was dumped. The aliens were last seen dumping trash outside Dreamland's atmosphere, and each and every piece of garbage that hit the atmosphere turned into a shooting star, in which Tiff, Tuff, and Kirby made wishes to the shooting stars.
