Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo.
A gentle, caring guy, Hakkai belies his demon blood with his warm smile and charming nature. Like a companion male nurse or something, he's very much at home when taking care of others. He gets dangerously depressed when he remembers the past, though, and he can take on a menacing edge.
His pet dragon, Hakuryu, turns into a jeep for easy transportation. His extensive knowledge of martial arts allows him to focus energy into highly destructive blasts during fights. He has a very dry wit and sometimes his companions don't know if he's joking or not. Hakkai's demon power limiter is the metal cuff he wears on his left ear.
Cho is a sweet, polite, and a totally hot guy. He is always smiling, but gets depressed when it rains. He doesn't like rain because it reminds him of the day the girl he was engaged to committed suicide.
Cho Hakkai is only one of the four boys. The others are lovable Son Goku, the priest Genjo Sanzo, and the perverted Sha Gojyo.
Hakkai turned into a demon after slaying one thousand demons in an attempt to save his captured girlfriend/love.

One day he came home to find that the villagers had given her over to the centipede youkai Hyakugan Mao (translated as 'Centipede King or King of the Centipedes), who loved to devour beautiful women, in order to save one of the villagers daughters. Gonou then went on a killing rampage, first slaughtering the villagers before killing all the youkai in Hyakugan Maou's castle to get her back. Hakkai was born human as Cho Gonou (Cho Gono-). He was an orphan and was raised by Catholic nuns through his childhood, he was not a very sociable child, and frightened the other children. He also said that he did not believe in God. He fell in love with a woman who he later found out was with the Kakita Clan (and his older sister), Kanan, who he'd been separated from since birth (though in the anime they don't mention that she is his sister), and lived with her in a town where he had a job as a school teacher. ... show more »

@Tarissa: It was stated in the manga but never in the anime. Chapter 24 - 27 points it out. It's the same with Gojyo's stepmother and brother. They were in a sexual relationship, therefore incestuous. Probably too much to put into an anime series.
