Character Description: Francine Manx
Francine works behind the counter in the Pizza Cat restaurant. She announces the launch when the Pizza Cats go on a mission. She does not engage in battles like the others, but she is the only one who understands how to launch the cats into action and call in reinforcements when the cats get into trouble. She also is very money hungry.
