This tiny guy is a fun loving dude. Always up for a laugh, as long as it's funny to him, mainly using a range of explosives laughs on Sonic and his friends to get a good chuckle. These include self destruct TV messages and bombs.
He often get depressed, wanting some kind of attention or praise from Dr. Eggman. Despite that, he's just lonely and looking for fun.
This annoying robot is always causing trouble for Sonic and the gang, no questions asked. In the third season, Bokkun seems to have a crush on Cream the Rabbit (revealed in Episode 78 by Rouge the Bat). He even goes so far as putting a picture of her in his amulet, until Rouge stole it from him. Now the bat forces Bokkun to do whatever she wants against his own will, or else she'd give the amulet to Dr. Eggman or someone else, if you know what I mean! Poor Bokkun!
Note: In the English version there is no mention of him being a robot or that the photo in his locket is of Cream the Rabbit.

Maybe the reason Bokkun did'nt show an interest in Cream and doesn't show concern for Cream or is bothered when Eggman was holding her captive is because he doesn't want to show it.

This makes NO sense! He never shows an interest in Cream UNTIL the third season, and he doesn't seem bothered when Eggman holds her captive! What is UP with that?! He should at least show a LITTLE concern about how Eggman is treating her! Sheesh!!!
