Based on the classic Science Fiction manga by Keiko Takemiya, the story of "Toward the Terra" is retold in this new series. Taking place far in the future, humanity escapes an environmentally devastated planet in order to colonize in space. In these colonies, the lives of its citizens are controlled by Supercomputers. However, these advanced AI have given birth to a new race of psionics known as the "Mu." The Mu themselves become feared and hated by humans, and eventually become targeted for elimination. But their only wish is to return home to Terra....
