...on Wikipedia, under Jaden Yuki, Disgraceful Charity (otherwise known as Fallen ANgels Charity) is a trap card from the GX Series. i apologise, i was unaware of its existance previously.

I haven't seen it before, and google held no results. I'll just believe you, for now.

Shadow of Apophis (DARK - Fiend/Effect)

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Shadow Rising". By discarding 1 card from your hand, increase the ATK of this card by 1000. Also, negate the effect of any monster this card battles. This effect resolves before battle commences.

Shadow Rising (TRAP - COUNTER)
This card can only be activated in response to a card with an effect that would result in a face-up DARK monster being removed from the field. Negate the effect and destry the card. You may then Tribute a face-up "Apophis, the Moonlight General" to Special Summon 1 "Shadow of Apophis" from your hand, deck, or Graveyard.
