um webmaster i think that the new mod thingy isnt helping all to well all it does is create fricksion between users and peoples feelings are getting hurt from others kinda rude opinions and not to mention only 3 out of who nos how many people are actually following the directions u put out i think u should think of another method that doesnt have to do with others opionions sure the mods but not users just plain members

Moderators often have rude comments hurled at them. Better to see who can handle it before they're made a moderator. No one forced them to apply, and they can request to have their application locked at any time. And yes, only a few people have followed the instructions precisely. Better to find out now who can follow directions before they're made a moderator.

i no but people i am sorry for using her as an example marik zeke was going to quit the site because people called her STUPID and Imature and plus people who hate other users can vote no and turn the possiblility of being a mod over becuase they are jerks

hahaha so ur just gonna tell on this "jerk" ppl just because someone is leaving ur acting as a child who can't do nothing, but taddle on someone well if u want to do something about these problems u should solve it if u saw the scene u should do something about.

There are lucky mods who escaped this torment. I reckon they should have to go through all this, and then you might make some replacements.

im not tattling and i wanted to leave her out of this but i wanted to explain all of this to the webmaster that i think that maybe it should be doen through instint messenging or if they dont have messengers pms so people can have a fair shot at being a mod

Easy for you to say, you don't get a ton of messages everyday from people begging to be made moderators. Doing it that way gives nobody a fair shot, because I end up just saying no since I don't have time to look into it.

Doing that won't help me see what other people think about the person, nor will it show me how well the person handle responses, both positive and negative.

I agree with webmaster on this. It doesnt help me in the slightest, but it must have been hell for him. This way, he can see what other people think, he can see how well they follow orders, he can see how people go about trying to be a moderator, and at the same time, he saves his inbox some agony. I dont like it, but it works.
