Who is the most evil anime villan?

Oddly enough, Hitler actually was in an anime...a dragonball z movie in which he returns from the dead and is easily killed, so yeah he's not that evil of an anime villain...

For most evil villain, I'd probably go with Naraku, mostly because i'm watching that show a lot right now and I can't really think of any worse villains at the moment.

Lol it's ok, but it wasn't in the bio brolly movie, it was in the Janenba one (it's got some long title involving fusion..but it's probably the best dbz movie made)

The manic villain in Now And Then, Here And There bore a striking resemblance to Adolph Hitler and there were definite references to him in Spirit Warrior, and there is another I can't bring to mind.

And how can any one laugh at or joke about Hitler?

Six MILLION Jews and uncounted thousands of gypsies and others died horribly in concentration camps. Hot to mention 100's of thousands of soldiers on both sides dead and maimed on both sides. Medieval buildings demolished, art treasures lost, stolen and destroyed ......

History infuses today. Read a book once in a while.

I'd agree with Zengar.
Carrozo Ronah from Gundam F91 thought up a plan to use drones codenamed bug with plans to kill of 90% of the human population. Such a plan could only be thought of a Hitler type person.

And speaking of him, he was in the DBZ movie Fusion and was pretty much nothing more than a comical gag. The villian in that BDZ was a creature name Janemba. His first form was that of a giant comicly fat yellow being that was more mischevious, after Goku beat him he transformed into a human sized purple creature with horns and a tail. Goku and Vegeeta had to use fusion in order to beat him.

Then there's Kain from Tenchi the Movie. A shapeless being all in black with a white face and hands. He seemed to want to do nothing more than destroy whatever crossed his path until the Galaxy Police with help from the Emporer of Jurai sealed him away in subspace. Which in the movie when he broke out Kain destroyed Galaxy Police headquarters and went back a short distance in time with the intent to kill the one that currently holds the power of house Jurai, Tenchi's mom Achika. Kain seems more demonic than anything else.

Rau le cruset from seed why because the guy IS DAME CRAZY the guy whats everyone to fight each other he thinks war is good and he wants eneything to go apocalyptic so to me this guy is nuts in the head, has to many screws loose, is issane in the membrain
