Character Description: Rogancy
The Count promises Rogancy nobility if he can kill D. When Rogancy firsts fights D his hopes of being a noble are crushed. After his friends are slaughtered by D, though, Rogancy's mission assumes a personal tone. Finally, after he kills D (or so he thinks) Rogancy asks the Count to be made a noble. Count Magnus Lee simply scoffs and tells him to wait. Rogancy then realizes the Count has been using him all along and attempts to get revenge. Through all of this, though, he never loses sight of his goal.
