Just googled the lyrics you posted and I found a match. It's called Hintori.

I believe it just a video Konami made specially for that song. As far as I know, there isn't an anime of it, although it would be cool if there was.

I think the one from Resurrection Princess has a more gothic lolita look to her than the other one.
