well to heart right now is under consideration, i read reveiws on it and some people dont like it im guessing because theres no actuall plot. anyways i want to watch a new anime, i have seen inuyasha, yu yu hakusho, digimon seasons 1 and 2, cardcaptors, case closed, hamtaro, mom collie knights, medabots, magical doremi, tenchi muyo, spirited away, kiki's delivery service, howls moving castle and saikano and i guess thats it.
i dont like naruto, fruits basket, bleach,haruhi suzumiya, blood or most of the anime that airs today, what i look for in anime is romance, a few people in it (too many people confuses me and it becomes bording), a good storyline (adventure like inuyasha and yu yu hakusho, romance like...well lets just say they are not like kagome and inuyasha, they dont deny their feelings and crap like that, i cant stand it!), decent looking charcters and it has more than 13 episodes
soooooooooooo does anyone know of a anime that fits those standards? is is along those lines?

well the greatest romance anime ever made is Ai Yori Aoshi.
Ai Yori Aoshi has the largest fan base of any romance anime made, it's worth a try

...you really broadened your list when you said you wanted to watch romance...most anime should have some sort of romance, or atleast fan parings =.=...here's a small scaled list...i forgot home many episodes are in each so check it up for yourself

"broad" as in what your asking for... people who are in love yet don't deny their feeling (although it's also used as a comedy factor, or some could just be so dense they dont realize it...), a decent story line, and you should specify what's to many people (4+, 8+, 10+, 12+)... allot of anime can fall under that...really depends no how deep into each category you want (the emotional connection can be there but they don't act on it, etc)...oh a good romance anime would be Kimikiss Pure Rouge and Chobits...i would suggest to try searching for anime that has been based off a sim date...although you may not like the end they have moderate storytelling (generally with predictable ends), they will definately have some romance factor...but watch it or yourself if you don't like it
most newer romance involved anime are love-comedies now a days and deal with atleast 6+ characters, or the drama type which as atleast 4+, as a pure romance anime is generally not aimed at my demographic...
hmm... i'm kinda wondering if you want to watch Ouran Host club...it has generally great reviews from people...it's a reverse Harem, which centers around a girl and archetypes of bishounen... i personally found it a rewarding experience to watch
