Recommendations of more adult anime/manga

I'm looking for anime/manga aimed at an older audience. Not Hentai, but anime like Gantz, Hellsing, Elfen Lied and Mangas like Beserk, Battle Royale. The type which actually show large amounts of Blood, Sex and Violence but only inkeeping with the story, rather than just for the sake of it.


Any Recomendations? (Lesser known titles preferabley as ive seen most mainstream anime)

I reccomend checking out Fushigi Yugi; it doesn't have as much blood though! It's a shojo beat manga, but the series is good. If you want more blood, and read a manga by the same creator, check out CERES: Celestial Legend

Preist is my recomdation. It looks like the game Darkwatch. Set in the wild west, a prist that gave his soul to I think Satan, kills zombies with a guns, is a vampire. All fun fun^^ Oh so much fun fun^^ So that's a pretty good one actually^^
