What does this mean?

It's not nearly as complex as English, but as usual we find ways to screw it up.

Foreign names should be translated into katakana, actually. (Judging by the kanji readings, yours should be カイラ.) When picking kanji for a foreign name, tons of different combinations can be created depending on the syllables involved. For a name like yours, there are actually plenty more kanji you could pick to represent your name than just what you have listed here. And as a sidenote, when picking kanji for a foreign name, I always recommend adding furigana above it to show that it's not an authentic Japanese word/name, as to prevent confusion.

The meaning for the symbol 裸 in each of these names is "naked, nude, uncovered." :D

荷医裸 = baggage/burden + doctor/medicine + naked

灰裸 = ashes + naked

貝裸 = shellfish + naked ...I'm not so sure this one works well because it combines a KUN (Japanese) and ON (Chinese) reading, which is strange.
Пуля в сердце, мозг на дверцу...

Ok thanks. I really had no clue what I was doing I just typed in my name and those characters showed up. XD You're right about the katakana spelling for my name. But I think I made a good choice with the characters I picked. (I can't believe I can use one for naked 0.o) But I piced the character for seashell (or shellfish) and the character for plural. So it ends up being seashells XD but in my last name I can use a character to mean romantic and one to mean art so it ends up roughly meaning seashells of romantic art XD

Thanks so much for all your help! I'll be sure to use the furigana too!
