Unfair, this is a hard one. I can never decide whom to adore more. Rally for her coolness or Minnie May just for her bomb-mania.

I never had the chance to read the whole manga series (just a few volumes), but I love the OVA.

I say Minnie May Hopkins is the coolest, only for being so cute anyway. I mean, isn't she adorable?
