Yusuke only has five or six spirit gun shots.
Inuyasha could easily beat him since the wind scar and backlash wave are infinite.

Vash could beat Ed.
(though why he would fight him is beyond me)
all Ed has going is alchemy, and the first law of equivalent exchange is that to gain something you must offer something of equal value in return, so ed would not be able to conjure anything considerably powerful without first proferring something equally powerful.
Vash is too good a shot, plus he is (literally) inhumanly fast and has the whole angel arm thing going.
