awhile ago ( not too long ago ) the webmaster said that in order for me to use the inactive thingy to re-activiate my username that i should e-mail him as a to test my new web , and i cant' find out what his e-mail address is so i dont know wat to do 4 now..

What "inactive thingy"? What does "test your new web" mean? Your account is already active, though it seems you haven't logged in recently.

but it isnt' becasuse over and over it wont ' let me log in or re-activate my username and i dont' mispell or anything when i type it in and on a earlier post ( a couple weeks ago ) u said to e-mail you to test to see if i cant' log in because i have a new internet

Your account is active. It says so right there on my control panel. You're probably having problems logging in because of those unicode characters you put in your username. I just removed them, so now your name is "Darker angel" (without the quotes). Try logging in with that.
