yes yasha does mean female demon but then it can be put into both ways like say the name Jesse can be a girls name or a boys name. get it so it doesn't really matter. As Juliette from Romeo and Juliet by William Shaskespeare said:" a rose by any other name would smell as sweet" which means no matter what name inuyasha has he would still be the same inuyasha we've known and loved!
