Pokemon was the first anime I ever saw and I was a big pokemon trading card and battling fan with pokemon cards. I hate that people keep telling us that it's babyish, 'cause we really don't care. It's just getting really annoying.

THANK you! Pokemon was my first Anime, too, it got me into loving the whole thing. Before Pokemon, I thought Anime to be a rather stupid style for cartoons - now, I'm absolutely nuts over InuYasha, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Cowboy Bebop (among others). I also know now that Anime is completely different from cartoons, and how instead of caricatures, the people are drawn as actual people. And honestly, it was never the eyes that bothered me - and now I barely even notice it.

Also... I'm 20 and still into Pokemon, and I still watch the Anime from time to time, provided I'm up that early. I love it because it helps me figure out the size difference between myself and the Pokemon.

Same reason why I love staring at Kirara in InuYasha. I like to calculate how big she'd be in my arms. Cute little critter.

I like pokemon ^^ it wasn't my first anime, but it's pretty alrite. I still watch it when it's on tv But I mean if it's that irritating, no one can resist saying it...

I love Pokemon! It was the very first anime series I have ever watched. It was sooo cute to just watch it everyday! Yeah, I often get irritated when some people say it;s very baby-ish. But, sometimes, it does get a little boring, but I still love it! i have a huge sack of Pokemon cards here in my bedroom and is still using it!
