i liked haku, except i was a little disapointed with him. if he was so powerful and what-not, why was naruto able to defeat him?!

Part of the reason Haku couldn't defeat Naruto was that in "killing" Sasuke he awakened the nine tails and partialy broke the seal (Kakashi commented on this, and there was the head of the nine tails etc.) later you find that the nine-tails fox posesses the "Ultimate" chakra, in that it's supply was nearly infinite (Which is why it was so devistating to the Konoha village.) Due to this fact it allows Naruto (Under the peoper circumstances) to surpass even Kakashi in power. (At that time, later he surpasses even Orochimaru and the other S-Class ninja in Chakra levels, whihc is why Kakashi gave him over to the Frog Hermit to learn how to tap into that power at will, and use it well). The bloodline limit is at large a deal because Naruto prooves many times that the power of the nine-tails is greater than that in defeating the Byakugan.

The other factor is, and they said this, Haku was playign with them for most of that fight, and he could have easily killed both naruto and Sasuke had he wanted to, but by the time he realied he needed to get serious it was too late as Sasuke's sharrigan had awakened and started to track his movements, then the Nine Tails awakened which gave naruto the power to break haku's ability, once haku realized he was defeated he asked Naruto to kill him and was willign to allow him to, however felt bad about having to soil naruto's hands at that time, in saving Zabuza it was an act of mercy on Naruto as well.

And they did do a very good job of iving sympathy to all of the opposing characters, save a few. (I noticed that the more recent enemies, Orochimaru and Itachi most noteably) lacked this to the same affect.

haku_luver132, you are really into Haku, aren't you? And something about the Hidden Mist village, my element is water/ice, if you know what I mean. If I were a ninja, those would be mainly the techniques I used.
