These are all good picks (my favorite is Mew), but you cannot deny the unbearable Royalty of Cuteness (even my love for Mew is overshadowed by the insnanity of its cuteness).

Jigglypuff. One look into those eyes, and you want to bash your head in to get out the incredible cuteness of its adorable Purin Power.

First time I ever did the girly "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" squeal. I swear.
