I really liked that show when it was on but haven't been able to find anythign on it since it stopped on Cartoon network. those were the ggod days, Wing gundam at 5, Outlaw Star, Pilot Academy, all those great shows.

I loved Cadidate For Goddess, but I can't find it on DVD anyplace near where I live. Found the manga though so I have the first four of them! I like Zero, but Hiead is the best!

I love Candidate For Goddess, sad how the manga (in Japan) has stopped being made. (I think they may begin making it again.) The anime was good, but it only had 13 episodes, plus it left you guessing. Grr.

Still I sat up intil the late hours of the night (1:00 a.m. for me) just to watch it.

I remember my favorite character being Gareas.

Hey wow this posting is old! lol well anyways im a big anime freak and i recently took up downloading old anime i use to watch. candidate for goddess i downloaded and watched the other day. im preety pissed on how it ended. when i use to watch it years ago i remember always thinking that i must have missed the ending cuzz it always looked like it restarted. the point is it was a short anime and it leaves me un answaered like: 1.When will zero enna become a goddess pilot? "it shows him as one in the credits"
2.whats the mystery about victim? "all we know as an audenice is that they are an alien race trying to attack zion"
3. but why are they attacking and how are they created? "no one knows or there not revealing it" 4.what and how is EX born in humans? "we know its special abilities humans are born with but why and how and what effect does it cuz on the galaxy"
5. will more episodes or magna ever be made? "maybe i should conbsult newer forums then this"
6. why is zero's partner the only know alien on G.O.A. besides ernest the telepath or is he alien? and how many planets where there before victim attacked? "we don't realy know but apparently people of G.O.A. realy dont care so maybe of the other 3000 residents on the ship are aliens?"
7.are caditates minds being alterd before they go to goa, possibly there memoroys were erased, or possibly they were planted so that they could have the perfect fighting machines againts victim? "we do not truly know if mankind is the evil or good side in this anime and the human higher ups who are shown in the dark in this anime remind me of the people in charge of mankind in "Blue Gender" who we find out are evil and have intentions on ussing blue cells to beet the blue.

well i think i got everything i wanted to get down the first time i wrote. answears for the questions i asked we be nice to dicuss. anyway as i said im an anime freak and have over 250 gigs of anime. 1200 mb = 1 gig and 150-250 mb = 25 minute epsiode of anime

Oh Yea Candidate for Goddess i can still hope more episodes come out even years after it got "cancled?" right? well i hope so cuz i still am asking many questions. and ya im gonna continue watching anime i download by the ton full untill all the anime sereies i ever seen finish what they started! so "ja'nin"
