Yuskue vs Omega red who would win?

Omega Red is that bad guy in xmen was blonde hair and metal skin but he can't be hurt.

Jeez ya left out alot about Omega Red...like...

1~ Death Factor: Omega Red can generate a field that acts totaly reverse of Wolverines Healing factor. He can drain the life out of everyone around him or channel it through his tentacles and drain one or two people and use the energy to totaly heal himself. If he drains to much the victim being drained disintegrates.

2~ Lethal Pheromones: He can also release a cloud of pheromones that makes people feel ill and collapse. Prolonged exposure can cause death (He almost killed Nightcrawler in this way. Don't remember how he survived....)

3~ Tentacles: His suit is equiped with Carbonadium tentacles, for all your strangling, ripping and shredding needs...

After looking at Omega Red and Yuskue(sp?) I feel that Omega Red has the upper hand and leaves Yuskue a pile of dust in a minute and a half...

I know Omega Red is good but I think yuskue can beat because of transformation

i doubt it though Yuske power though has gone through more increasing then ever fightning a real tough opponet such as Sunchu or watever his name was
