Toon Goblin Attack Force is a type-C toon so it dosent need Toon World on the field to be summoned, Toon World just lets it attack directly. Skill Drain would stop it changing to defence position and allow it to attack on the turn its summoned.dont u need Toon World?
Other type-C toons are Toon Gemini Elf, Toon Cannon Soldier and Toon Masked Sorceror. All of these can be played without Toon World and count as normal summons, unlike other toons which are special summons.
Armor Exe cannot attack the turn it is summoned and requires a spell counter to be removed during standby phases or it is destroyed. Skill Drain allows it to attack on the turn its summoned but it dosent negate the cost of removing the spell counter, so it would still get destroyed.what about armour exe
