Most likely they will have foreign files on the downloads, if you go onto any sites such as that and it isnt a well known one go on with your best security up-to-date and firewalls, then right click the page and click "view page info", go to the tab that says security and see whats on there, i also suggest firefox but i guess im goin off-topic now, sorry!.
