The kanji right at the start 引力 "in ryoku" means "gravity", I'm guessing thats the Authors nick name or something
But the voice is so distorted I can't be sure at all about it, but the music just seems to say "in ryoku" (gravity) over and over and over
And at the end it pops up テスト動画 wich means "test video"
Sorry I can't be of much help, but cool video anyway, you might want to get a Native Japanese speaker to have a look at it
