Yeah. Hamster Dance.
From what I understand, it originates from a song from the Disney cartoon-version of Robin Hood (the one with the animals, and he's a fox).
This rooster is singing, and at one point he does that tune. That is sped up and repeated, and there you have the Hamster Dance.
