Zabuza would win this fight. Im sure he would find some new awesome Shinobi to take any attacks against him, not to mention he is the stealther fighter.

This is a hard one cuz I have not seen Zabuza fight that much because toonami only shows one episode of Naruto a week. I am not sure about this but I would say Naraku cuz he can regenrate his body if Zabuza cut him with his sword.
