Such as Azumanga Daioh, Excel Saga, Puni Puni Poemy, Dokuro-Chan, SGT. Frog/Keroro Gunso, and all the other animes that involve randomness, and stupidity!

no. no there shouldnt. this place goes by the series. so, if there is an Azumanga Dioh forum, thats where you go. if you want go be and play "Insane people" like good little spam artists, you go to Pointless Chit Chat, or the relevant anime forums.
