i was wondering if anyone ever try to write a anime movie?

No I don't, but my guess would be that it's similar to movie scripts and the like.

i was wondering how (the anime srcipt) describes the action , if it was different than the movie scrips.

like with live action scripts, they draw a rough story board. they'll write it up, and draw it in rough, if its plausable, they'll put it in the movie. if it doesnt, cut it, and maybe keep it for special features on a DVD
