Gluttony hands down. His stomach is its own dimension (Im not exaggerating, it actually is) and he eats people whole all the time. Luffy eats a lot by human standards, Gluttony eats a lot by elephant standards.

I still think Goku from DBZ eats the most.

Dude, Gluttony eats more than both of them combined. His stomach is LITERALLY another dimension. In an eating contest he'd eat all of the food and Luffy and Goku
