LOL! Actually, we're taught to use force as a last resort because you can really hurt someone with the techniques they teach you.

@Hitsugaya:

I've been told that hitting hard objects like concrete and hard woods can result in disfunctional and deformed hands later in life. It's effective short term but in the long run you may regret it. But that's just what I've heard. Maybe I'll research it to get more details.
If you hit the walls right, you won't hurt anything.

I'm talking about in the long run not short term.

I don't really break, them, I strike them. But I know I can break them though, I put dents and holes in walls.

Yes they are...unlike what they teach in the Dojo the stuff you learn in the military actually works in a fight...

im a martial artist. i have been in kenpo for 7 years and i have masemoto swords training. it takes alot to become strong and there are many ordeals with fighting, but when learned you have confidence in any situation.
