Hi I live in Turkey. in 1990s I watched an anime but I dont remmeber the name and many things. the only thing that I remember is: There is a school girl,who can transforms herself to another person with her special tool(I dont remember what the tool is really). and there is a boy with green hair. if somebody helps me I will appreciate very much.

I am very glad to get your responds. one thing more that I remember. the name of the yellow/blue haired boy is something like Kiyo. and In one section she goes to home of a boy whom she is in love with by changing herself to him. and sorry but it is not Sailor Moon

That's a common magical girl motif. Was a transformation tool a ribbon? If so, it's probably Hime-chan's Ribbon. I know it's about a girl who could assume the guise of other people.

I found something about Hime-chan's Ribbon but I am not sure if it is the anime that I want because in the Hime-chan's Ribbon, there is not a green/blue haired boy but the theme is really look like. after I looked Hime-chan's Ribbon, I remember that in the anime there is a toy that become alive. anyway, thank you very much for your comments and help.
