what does it do?

It removes a face down monster from the game. If it is an effect monster then both players check their decks and remove all copys of that monster from the game.

Destroy 1 face-down monster and remove it from play. If the monster is a Flip Effect Monster, both players must check their respective Decks and remove all monsters of the same name from play. Then shuffle the Decks.

Millenium rod card?

I dont think a millenium rod card exists, the closest ive seen is a tournament entry card that has the millenium puzzle on it.

Just one thing, I noticed you used a lot of spell cards. My only recommendation is that you possibly take out a few that may not come in handy as such, but that depends on how useful they are for you.
