Hao (Zeke; for all you 4kids losers) Asakura is the coolest anime character as well as the best antagonist.

The only time he ever looked surprised or troubled by anything was when he was vertically cut in half by a cheap shot. And even then you could tell that he was only a bit annoyed by it.

Nobody in the show could touch him and he makes sure to kill everyone with a pleasant grin on his face. Like he's opening a Christmas present, but surprise, it's your skull! I didn't even really like the Shaman King dub, but I watched it anyway because "Hao" and his philosophies actually make the antagonists more agreeable than the heroes, which is really something quite original.

Runner up his Tetsuo from Akira. Sure, he was a bit of a spaz and more or less insane. However, he stopped a tank shell that was fired at him from 20 feet away just by looking at it. That's gotta count for something.
