I know. It is used by his father, Paragus, to control Broly's mind to prevent Broly from transforming into Legendary Super Saiyan and having a power equal to an SS3. Gogeta is stronger than an SS3 while he is in SS1 because he is the fusion of Goku and Vegeta.

Ok listen to this if that neckalace comes off he get's more powerful that's why the neckalace to avoid him getting he had so much power that he couldn't control as in vegeta's story in the frieza saga.

This battle is nothing...Broly over all. Broly would be able to defeat Janemba easy, and Gogeta didn't beat him that easily.

Gogeta can go SS4 for crying out loud! Not only that he doesn't need to transform to SS4 to beat Broly. Holy crap, am I the only person left in this forum that actually thinks logically?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Broly never went SS4 and never will because he is dead.

And even if he went SS4 he still could not beat SS4 Gogeta.

Look I like Broly more than Gogeta but it's pretty obvious who would win.

BTW why does broly wear that necklace Dragon? hmmm? Power suppression? I doubt it

I think it's just a fashion statement just like those other gold trinkets he wears.

To Tell ya the truth though. Either one could win. It's not a matter of ssj1-4 it's a matter of pure technic.

Look at it like this.....
Remember the History of Trunks movie?
THe scene where Gohan fights 17 & 18 with one arm,
if he hadn't gotten tag teamed he would have gutted both of them with relative ease

but sence he was fighting both at once he didn't have much of a chance. So you see Gogeta could win & yet Broly could win. It's all about who get's kicked in the balls first, who get's hurt first ,& who runs out of juice first.
