I would absolutely have to say Shuuichi Shindou from gravitation. I get tired just looking at them.

I would have to agree Shindou Shuichi from gravitation but I would also say Naruto from Naruto (Sometimes only)

She's not very well known, but she's the most hyper girl I've ever seen!
She can dance on the piano, while playing with her toes, while talking on her walkie-talkie!
