The final decision on whether or not you become a mod is up to the administrator, or did you read the administrator's thread on moderator applications? It certainly seems as though you haven't.

I'll give you one more piece of advice: Next time you make an application, make sure that you've read the administrator's moderator application thread. There's a link in one of the stickied threads.

Polls say nothing, every depends on attitude, activity, knowing the site & people, having patience, and you have to make sure you don't play it your way as a mod, I should know since I'm a Crew member of 2 gaia guilds, and a guild master on Ragnarok Online.
