Yes i finally found him!

/ it showed him when they went to raizen's grave i think was the huge one or somewhere in there but i know who he is and that he was friends with raizen and his wife liked raizen before him but raizen didn't want her

another good thing that Enki did when he won the tunament was the 3 year rule that youkai won't attac humans

Description: One of Raizen's old friends, Enki is slightly slow-witted but amazingly powerful. None of his fights are ever shown, but he succeeds in winning the Makai Tournament, and declares as his first law as Makai ruler that all apparitions are to leave humans alone.

And yeah, he wasn't shown very much.
